PROs: We liked the location close to the border of Honduras, as we needed to cross two borders to Nicaragua (that is also absolutely all that we liked), the hotel was awful!
CONs: Were to start my complaints, there are so many. The hotel is really old nd not maintained at all. It feels ran down and dirty and most things dont work. We paid about pretty much exactly 100 USD for 1 night, not even including breakfast. And we reserved the option 'Junior Suite'. It was a normal double room with 2 really old and really dirty beds. The floor was dirty too, we needed shoes to walk in the room. The airconditioning model was probably the first one invented and did not work at all, only produced noise. There is no TV (for that price), no fridge, nothing. There are no restaurants around the hotel and the hotel itself had one restaurant that closed at 19.00 (7pm). We ordered something and the food was pricey, but really terrible and unenjoyable. I would really honestly recommend to everyone to avoid this place. You pay a lot, don't get any comfort, but leave after a bad sleep with big anger!! Staff is not helpful at all. Only local tourists there. Avoid this place!!!
