This review is well overdue as we stayed here back in August of 2019 but it's still be in the back of mind to do so. The experience from the room stay to the dining options to the facilities that cater for adults and children alike was impeccable. We had such a great time that my son, who has travelled to dozen fo countries in this world in his 9 years of his life, still recalls the Paragraph as his best stay experience. They cared to our every whim and ensured that there was nothing that was left to question. Being the highest tier with Marriott Bonvoy, you do expect you'll get an upgrade. Not only did they do so for my wife and my room but also for the kids. Ensured that we were together yet getting recognized for loyalty the right way. The food, the ambience and the in-door waterpark experience is exceptional. You have to try it to believe it. And if you really want to step out, there is a small town/village a few hundred meters away where you can sit out in the open and have a true Georgian meal and drink. We are waiting for the travel restriction to lift so that we can make a trip up there again. Can't wait!

Besides the fact that this is one of the exceptionally great hotels in Georgia with outstanding facilities, every second time I stay there there is something that drives me mad. This time it is hunting for the refund l. I paid a deposit for convenience of charing daily costs on the room (please ask for that otherwise the staff at check in does not always offer it). We did not use all the money, which needs to be retuned to my credit card. After calls, promises and sending me around I still do not have it. After the last call just now I am not sure, if I will eventually get it back, as the person I spoke to said I is supposed to be returned (also suggesting to check my bank account online - haha, as if I would call without doing that), and shall sort of proof otherwise. So keep in mind potentially al inconveniences if you choose this option and here below are more details of my case for those interested: - at the hotel when checking out I was told that that the difference shall be returned automatically, and if it is not in a week time, I shall call and they will do that manually in no tome. - after two weeks there were no money, so I called. The conversation was over half an hour, long waiting times. The staff member on the phone seemed to struggle with the situation noted my name and said they will call me back. - no call was received (even a missed call from unknown number. - today I called again. Again after providing the basic information and waiting, the staff member I talk to suggested to call tomorrow after 9h (I called after 19h - it is a hotel with reception 24/7). - I will insisted that the staff member could pass the message rather than “sending the client around”... - ... after some waiting and checking, I was told by this staff member that I shall write an email as they need official communication. After spending these efforts of calling and waiting with no results, this was not something I would be glad to do. So I refused to “help the staff member” whose name I asked, but did not get. -... again after some waiting I he said that I should check my bill (probably he meant the total amount I was billed by the hotel at the check out) and the money should have been retuned to me - so I should check my bank account and I can do that online... - as I am acquainted with online banking, I informed him that before calling I sure checked my bank account to see if money is there or not, online. The money was not there, so this is why I called. - after some insisting and arguing ... another waiting and finally I was told that he noted my number and will call me back tomorrow in the morning. All this to me does not fit with the image of this hotel in terms of approach used towards clients and annoys me so that I will not go there soon (need a break to deal with something like that again).

Hotel is really speechless...We were so surprised from starting till end. Check in was so fast,easy,comfortable. Special thanks to Anzori who gave us upgrade to enjoy our stay. He offered show round and was caring about us during our stay.Room was fantastic,very clean,luxury,trendy with amazing view. Spa with different kind of saunas was excellent with attentive staff. Pool is wow... inside hotel is big aquarium,trees and lots of flowers which is outstanding. Breakfast was so variety and super tasty. Highly recommended for everyoneeee

It is very beautiful hotel . I like everything , but there is one big but , it is not pet friendly hotel unfortunately. It will be better if they will have special rooms for families that have little pets. Because little pets are also family members.

Exceptional!!! Service, pool, spa, rooms, excellent food, amazing kids club and live entertainment, free babysitting service daily for 2 hours for 3+ kids is amazing!! The best hotel I’ve visited so far!! Will definitely come back soon
