Must say the room is quite spacious and is very well organized with great view on mountains and nice big balcony. Great internet speed in case you had to work. The bed is very uncomfortable worst experience to sleep on, the room smells especially on the fifth floor and the whole hall smells of food most of the day. The front desk staff is not really friendly except for some of the bell boys, the spa staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast another very bad experience in this hotel the restaurant is organized in very uncomfortable way especially in this time of pandemic and the ambient that is created because of the queue reminds me of really bad times.
I think there are lots of things hotel managers should reconsider before claiming that they are 5 star hotel, Overpriced.

This was one of the hotels in Borjomi where pets are allowed, but be aware, this is not pet-friendly hotel. Your pet should be ~5kg, you should hold your pet in your hands when you are inside the building all the time, you are not allowed to enter restaurant area with your pet and you have to leave him alone in room.
There are two restaurants in the hotel, first one, where you have breakfast, is not tasty and breakfast food choice is mean. The second one, georgian cousine, was OK.
Rooms were clean, room service was fast, staff friendly and helpful.
There is a big garden you can walk

this hotel is simply wonderful. the rooms are very big, the mattresses super comfortable. all the areas are clean and made with nice taste. the massage services are very nice and the prices very fair. the area around the hotel is suitable for long relaxing walks. the nature there is at its best. all the people working there are friendly and hospitable.

Really nice hotel to relax, comportable rooms, huge territory, friendly staff, would like to spend my next vacation. Spa and health center was amazing, my kids enjoy wiht swimming pool a lot. Fresh air and food for buffet, my next destination will be again Borjoli Likani Spa and Health center for sure

Amazing place with spectacular mountains views, attentive staff, good service and lot of ways to relax. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Strongly recommended for everyone who look for the best place to spend free time.
