The beds are broken, the bathrooms are not clean and the staff are so rude! If you complain about anything, they are always right! The breakfast times are too late, the tour had to depart early in the morning and they refused to serve breakfast earlier.

I don’t understand why this hotel owner not investing money in order to make this property better! Hotel, room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, etc. all is falling apart. This was my second time. I thought they did something better but unfortunately all remain same. Comparing price with many other it does not worth to go and stay. Not recommended.

We came and the receptionist was rude to us. Our room was totally different what what we see at website. The hotel is under construction, so you hear workers. There is no phone is room to contact reception: you should walk there. We asked double size bed, but got joint twin bed which is so uncomfortable to sleep. Coz of construction, rooms are too humid, so it's impossible to sleep. We regret to come and stay here. Don't even come.

I have stayed in this hotel for three days there isn't no safety box, mini bar , bath soap or shower gel, when you whant to speak with reception there is no phone And they dont speak english,it like two stars motel And it isn't silent and it has just one elevator and it has key One time I wanted togive three shampoos because it has very small they didnt give to us

This summer I planned a trip to Georgia (Tbilisi and then Batumi) for our family. I reserved a hotels throgh booking.com 3 weeks prior to our trip and I have got all necessary confirmations by email. More over we've called to hotel to check availibility of additional beds for kids. In total we've reserved 3 rooms. But when reached Tbilisi and had a pleasant time there, we decided to call to Hotel Iberia to check if everything is Ok with our reservation, and were shocked with the answer we have got from employee of the hotel. He informed us that unfortunately they will not be able to accept us and provide to us 3 rooms, because the customer who supposed to leave at that date wants to prolong their holidays. The hotel offered to us to take 1 available room, which means that other members of our family should go and find other place to stay. I argued with that, but he said that they couldn't take customers out because they want to stay more days than they reserved initialy. I called to booking.com office and informed about unacceptable attitude from hotel Ibera's side and they promissed to find a solution. But in 3-5 hours nothing was sold because the Hotel Iberia insist that they don't have available places to stay , even though we have our confirmations on hand. Booking.com proposed us to help to find another place for stay, but by this time with the help of our friends we have found another hotel to stay. This is the first time in my life that I have faced such situation and terrible service...
