I stayed at room 415 kind receptionist, beautiful view of batumi, good bathroom, comfortable bed and good temperatures. Breakfast was Delicious. Good water with lemons. bed is enough for 3 people. Best hotel!

Located near the cable car station, in a busy street and near a bus station, the breakfast buffet openned daily at 9:30, which is in my opinion a late timing for breakfast... The room were clean but needed some maintenance, the beds were comfy, the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

hotel receptionist was so kind and helped us due to language barrier.guess breakfast shoild be served around 8.30 am. pool was fantastic,but did not use it. lifts were somethimes not working. i recommend this hotel. its heart of the city.

I booked a room for 3 day reservation from hotels.com. I paid for it. Among the services of the hotel were the pool, a fitness and sauna. but when I arrived at the hotel the pool, sauna and fitness were closed . I couldn't use any of them. No one has informed me about it. The hotel management offered some options but none of them did satisfy me. During my stay the pool, sauna and fitness room were closed.

The positives first: Super location with easy walking distance to the main attractions of Batumi. The cable car is at the end of the road, the beach is in sight, ideal! The lady who greeted us when we checked in was friendly and helpful. The negatives. The room was just unclean, dated and odd. The bathroom was ok, a good standard. Breakfast was bizarre. No food really by the time we got there. No coffee. I wouldn’t stay here again as much as I liked Batumi
