I spent 3 days in the hotel. It was my business trip.
The location is excellent, friendly staff and nice infrastructure. Good food. good rooms.
Highly recommended for conferences and family vacations.

perfect place to feel calm. Sea just two minutes walking. Very comfortable rooms, friendly stuff. Great breakfast. Evenings are amazing, palms lighted, peacful and really relaxing place.

Pratap's Signature Hotel was officially opened just a few weeks ago. Hotel is located in Ganmukhuri village within a walking distance from Anaklia city - you should just cross a bridge. There is seaside boulevard just in front of hotel and beach is just some 100 m away. Hotel is made in cottage style and consists of 7 cottages. The names of these cottages are identical to the famous rivers: Thames, Nile, Aragvi etc.Rooms are bright and average size. Room has balcony and it's very useful and nice additional space. Breakfast is good, nothing special. The outdoor swimming pool is average size as well. It seems management need some more time to finish all outdoor works and make all hotel territory fully ready to hos guests. Overall impression - very good hotel, the best in Anaklia.

Our family was luck to have a rest in the hotel shortly after its official opening on July, 2nd. We were the first there and enjoyed a very close attention of the stuff and had a wonderful opportunity to provide them the first feedback.
The hotel is definitely another (higher) level comparing to other Anaklia offers. Still, some of the elements were missing - swimming pool, child zone etc; also there is a number of small defects in the rooms due to the peculiarity of the construction process. Anyway, the overall impression and the level of comfort, facilities and customer service are on the top level. Once all the planned works are completed, this will definitely be a great place to stay

Good location, nice food and very comfortable rooms,
The rooms are new, very big, and comfortable, they have very large balconies, food was tasty.
Location 10/10 probably best location in Ganmukhuri, near the bridge and aquapark, the sea is in a walking distance.
