I stayed at Premium Residence, Batumi, for three nights. The only favourable aspect of the hotel is its location. The service is very very bad. They did not clean the room during our stay. The day we were checking out I called the reception and asked for someone to take the bags down. I waited for fifteen minutes but nobody came to help, so I decided to take them down myself. When I reached the ground floor I saw the receptionist talking to the guy who was supposed to hep us with the bags. He did not give a pin about us. I got infuriated and told them that it is my right to get helped by the guy as his service is included in the room fare. I do not know why he refused to service me though I was very nice to him. At breakfast my wife was disgusted and repelled by the sight of hair in her omlette. The lady in charge of breakfast apologized profusely and offered to make her another one, but my wife refused. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Service in hotel was horrible. I had been there for 5 days and staff did not clean rooms even once. They did not even clean bathroom and did not change towels and shampoos. Water was leaking from everything in the bathroom. There was no wi-fi in the apartment and staff did nothing to solve this problem, they just said that they could do nothing. Breakfast was horrible. I do not recommend you this hotel.

Place is really nice. Rooms are wide ans comfortable. I have 2 room apartment on third floor and ir has 2 a/c in it. Hotel is always clear. Stuff is always friendly and helpful. Kitchen is somwwthing you want to try. Head cook Nazi is a special woman with delicious foods and caring attitude.
