Breakfast can be Much better. No sweets was available, mainly bakery... juices need improvement. Only and very good was omelette. In restaurant food was good, we have waited more than 1 hour for order

We were visiting Grand Gloria Batumi in July with family, Our stay was really fantastic , Hospitality of Salome Sichinava was amazing , She made our stay really unforgettable ! Reccomended 100%. Breakfast is good, Pool and the area is also nice , rooms are big and comfortable

Very good hotel with great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities, friendly staff, breakfast and lunch were ok. Every evening hotel proposed some activities. Pools (indoor and outdoor) are great. I will recommend this hotel to everybody.

The hotel has great location.check in procedure was promptly.staff was profetional and polite.swimming pool was very clean.breakfast was fine as well.bed was very comfortable.i highly recommend this place

I am having my vacation with my friends in The Grand Gloria Hotel. Everything is clean, rooms are very comfortable, breakfast very good with a lot of choice, wi-fi seed excellent, lovely pool, i’ve never seen such excellent staff in Georgian hotel. Especially thanks to Salome, Megi in restaurant and boys in the reception. I definitely will return back next year
