Ich hatte einen durchweg positiven Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche, kundenorientierte, hilfsbereite und flexible Personal, das den Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Die Zimmer sind aussergewöhnlich gross und schön eingerichtet, bieten viel Komfort sowie Raum zum Entspannen. Ein kleiner Abzug: Ein Tick mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert gewesen, was dem Gesamteindruck aber kaum geschadet hat. Der Restaurant- / Loungebereich ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Fitness- und Wellnessmöglichkeiten haben einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen. Für Autofahrer bietet das Hotel eine Tiefgarage mit eigenen Parkplätzen, welche mit 30 € pro Tag zwar nicht günstig, aber angesichts der zentralen Lage gerechtfertigt ist. Apropos Lage: Diese ist absolut ideal, sowohl die Messe Frankfurt als auch die Innenstadt sind schnell & unkompliziert erreichbar. Ein rundum gelungenes Hotel mit hoher Servicequalität, modernen Einrichtungen und perfekter Lage. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Adina! Nicely located less than a ten minute walk from Frankfurt’s central station. There was a nice high end mall next to the hotel with shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious. Everything worked as it should. Shower was nice and strong. Bed was very comfortable. Great folks at the reception desk as well.

More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. There is also a small grocery in the mall as well. We absolutely loved this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was located only a few minutes walk from Fasthelle/Messe train station. If you enjoy walking you may not need to take the train, as many places are close by. Skyline Plaza is only steps away from the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this Adina Apartment Hotel again.

We really loved Adina apartment hotel. We arrived early and were very tired. Tauria, the front desk specialist, did a fantastic job to make sure that our room was ready the way we requested. The service guys were available for this task promptly and also did an excellent job. The room, including kitchenware was clean, bedding was fresh and comfortable. Location of the room was quiet. Groceries (Rewe) are right next door in the shopping mall. We are planning to book this place again when we are in Frankfurt! Thank you so much for being so welcoming to us!

We had a wonderful stay at Adina Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. 10 minutes walk to main train station and 30 minutes walk to historic downtown (you can take the tram near the hotel if you don't want to walk).
