Despite indicating on the various hotel reservation websites that air conditioning and refrigerators are available in all the rooms, that's not the case. We had a second floor "classic" room and found out after we'd checked in that there was no air conditioning or refrigerator. It became a problem when the temperature was still at 83 degrees F at 11 p.m. The front desk offered no solution and fans weren't available. When we opened the windows, cigarette smoke rushed in from the parking lot below. The room was sweltering. The desk clerk said she'd contact management, but we didn't hear anything after that. The next morning, the clerk on duty explained that AC wasn't available in classic rooms although the websites don't distinguish. She blamed the websites for the bad information. Although she eventually didn't charge us for the stay, no one seemed very serious about correcting the bad info. That was the only issue we had and the room and hotel were otherwise excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh offerings and the location of the hotel was great. I'd stay again, but not during the summer.
