Hotel Fürst Garden

We stayed with 3 for 1 night, upon arrival the lady (owner?) was already unfriendly and non communicative. Ice cold room, lots of stairs with no elevator. Breakfast was full at morning so we had to wait for a while, she was quite rude telling us. One plus, in front of hotel free parking! Their own parking is 7€ per day. Overall I would not recommend.

I booked through booking.com and paid on the website. When I checked in they took an authorisation for any extras, and a month alter I found I have been charged twice, once by booking.com and once by the hotel... I visited the hotel in person to be told the manager would sot this out...a month later, nothing!!! Be careful if staying here.

Reasonable. Receptionist looked miserable on arrival. No lifts in the property so obviously had to use the stairs. Rooms were quite small, no air conditioning or fans and so the windows had to remain open. The main street was very noisy and so found it difficult to sleep. Coffee machine in each room, but you have to pay 1 euro per pod and use a plastic cup. Shower and toilet had sliding doors that could be seen through, also gaps either side, so using the toilet especially wasn't ideal. TV was of a good size and the breakfast was reasonable. Quite a good location, around 15 minutes walk from the city centre. As a whole, OK. Wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Stayed whilst attending Dortmund match. Small hotel which is immaculate throughout. Good sized and very comfortable rooms with all facilities. Breakfast is varied and fresh food is delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful, close to city centre and would highly recommend.

I stayed here for several days while my husband was at a nearby hospital. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with a nice variety and selection of bread and toppings. Staff was nice and accommodating, would definitely recommend this hotel.
