I have been traveling for business and pleasure for over 50 years. This may be the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better. Breakfast was delicious. Price was great. The room was beautiful, comfortable and up to date. My only recommendation would be a safety bar at the foot of the tub in addition to the one on the side.

Only one complaint—never did get the email from latch—-but the staff here are so friendly and helpful, it all turned out okay! Comfortable room/apartment. Loved the full kitchen and laundry. Amazingly quiet for a city room. Clean. Fun! I would definitely stay here again!

Obwohl direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück war richtig gut mit viel Auswahl. Jedoch zu kleiner Frühstücksraum wenn alle zur gleichen Zeit kommen. Nur beim checkin wurde gesagt ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht was zu einer kleinen Diskussion führte. Aber in der Buchungsapp steht mit Frühstk.
