Were here couple months ago and probably the only one in the hotel as we met no one the entire stay. Receptionist fine but bit bored. Rooms clean and tidy. For one night stay alright I'd say. This visit was bit worse. We had room with very noisy door, close to loud lift and next to quite loud neighbours. Not to mention there was one car on the carpark so I dont understand why they're placed right next to our room where was 5mnts old baby. The walls are made of paper. You could hear even a toilet splash like it's right in your own room. Not talking about a bath run at midnight. Well bad luck I guess. Overall fine although there are not even water glasses or cups or anything you could use in your room. Lastly I couldn't understand when buying drinks in reception, you have the card payment done and then they ask you to hand them your card again so they can write down all your cards details. Never seen such a thing and specially these days with all the privacy policies..

Located outside of Dortmund itself it is necessary that you have a car other wise a taxi is the only way into town. Regular no frills chain hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of parking available.

I stayed here with some colleagues from Germany mainly for convenience of location. On arrival the staff were very courteous and helped me through my limited German vocabulary. The room was good and the facilities were adequate. The bar area was quiet at the time when I used it for a business meeting and the coffee was good and served with a smile.

Nice enough hotel and friendly, helpful staff. The food was good too. Our room was good, clean and tidy. The only downside was the distance from the city centre. There is not a lot near the hotel so you're pretty much stranded unless you get a taxi to the city.

Nice room,, good continental breakfast though there were less options for me as I am vegetarian,, Large car park area.. wifi service is good.. I could work with that wifi.. I dont drink but bar is open for 24/7 with snacks as well..
