A beautiful hotel, the room was nice and comfortable, very modern, our wishes were fulfilled perfectly. We would book there again, the price/performance ratio is very good. Connections are also very good, it is right next to the main train station, you just have to be careful not to walk down the wrong street in the evening, especially as a woman.

Eigentlich gebe ich aus Prinzip keine Bestnoten - wo bliebe dann ein Ansporn? - aber hier fällt mir kaum etwas zur Einschränkung ein. Besonders positiv die zwei Kofferständer im geräumigen Doppelzimmer mit zwei (!) Sitzgelegenheiten - auch nicht selbstverständlich! Und beim reichhaltigen Frühstück endlich einmal Orangensaft, der seinen Namen verdient. Der Clou: das Knopfloch in der Stoffserviette - schlicht genial!

As others have noted, area around hotel is savory. But you avoid it if you are arriving by train and you exit station at north exit in which case you only need to walk across the street. The hotel has entry steps that were challenging with luggage but doable. I’m surprised they haven’t built a ramp.

Great location right across from the train station in Frankfurt. Easy access to local and long distance trains. Walkable the many shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Christmas markets. Clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Super friendly staff. No one around the hotel.bothers you. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when we return to Frankfort.

The hotel itself is lovely in style & decor. Love that our room has a separate bathtub and shower stall. We were able to get a kettle and there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Offerings of cookies and fruit in the lobby. However we arrived early evening and wanted to visit the historic area with the Xmas market . Being unfamiliar with the route the front desk staff showed us on a map how to get there. What they didn’t tell us was about the streets NOT to walk on due to the high number of drug users and dealers. ( this we found out from the police when we asked for help returning to the hotel( and finally jumped into a cab). So we DID end up walking a “bad” street and we DID feel uncomfortable and unsafe but we didn’t know why- the energy was of that nature. It would be good for staff to warn guests especially female ones. Other than that- and the extreme overcrowding of the Xmas markets… the hotel experience was great.

역까지 1분도 안 걸림! 그래서 노숙자분들이 많이 볼 수는 있으나 그들이 저에게 관심이 없으셔서 괜찮았음. 가격 좋고, 시설 좋고 넓고, 조용하고, 깨끗하지, 맘에 안 드는 부분이 하나도 없었음!

中央駅のすぐ目の前なのでアクセスが良く、大変便利な立地でした。入り口が階段でしたが、スタッフの方が手伝ってくださりとても助かりました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたり、ロビーでドリンクを作っていただいたりと、皆さんとても親切でした。宿泊したSignature Twin roomはとても広く、素敵なお部屋でした。湯船とシャワールーム両方あるのがありがたかったです。またフランクフルトに行く際はぜひ利用したいです。
