The hotel is from the 70s or so... they made an effort to maintain it but unfortunately it needs more than a simple make up: the matras is overused, the towels need to be renewed urgently, the carpet on the floor is on its last days, the corridors are smelly, badly illuminated, ... I think this hotel does not comply to the 21st century regulations of safety, cleanness, comfort, accessibility, etc.
Staff is OK, only one person "speaks" english. Ask for her if you end up in that hotel so that your life gets easier.
Breakfast: good variety BUT the quality is less than inferior... pretty bad.
The hotel has an indoors swimming pool, a bit old fashion but relatively clean. It also has a sauna... which is OK...
Room size: OK.
If you want to experience some creepiness, take the lift closer to the swimming pool... I am sure you will have nightmares afterwards.
In summary: avoid it.
