The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good but not the highest you would have expected from the other facilities. There was no fresh omelet or any additional fresh fruit or sweets. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bathroom is also large and comfortable. There is a walk-in closet and walk-in closet. It is located in the middle of the village. It is an ancient historical structure so there is no elevator. If one wants to eat at their gourmet restaurant he must book it with the hotel reservation because otherwise he probably won't get a table for dinner.

A beautiful location in the picturesque village of edesheim. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite that felt more like a renovated bathroom than something you would find in a 4-star hotel. The room was spacious but not in the castle, noisy and dark, and the walls, floors, and beds are in dire need of updating, but the rest of the furniture is appropriate to the castle setting. The restaurant was unfortunately fully booked that evening, but we were directed to a nearby restaurant where we were warmly welcomed. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the service was friendlier than the staff behind the counter. I'm not sure if the fact that we were two men travelling together played a part in this, but I didn't feel very welcome. For the money spent here, you could easily spend the night in a hotel with modern service and have a meal and beverages too. Something to think about.

The stay at schools in Edesheim was enjoyable. We had two rooms. A standard double room and a maximilian suite. The typical room was clean and pleasant, but not particularly special, but the maximilian suite is amazing and has a balcony and a large room. The breakfast room was small, but if you are in a historic location, you have to adapt to the place and it is nice to see that the historic material has been preserved as much as possible.

This castle hotel is located right in their own wineries. It has very good facilities. Rooms, meetings, restaurants, etc. are also arranged in a very nice way, with a lot of respect for the original castle. It is not too big, which gives a very personal feeling, and the staff is very flexible to make all requests come true.
