It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed eten en ruime keuze! Accomodatie heeft een enorm aantal buiten en binnenzwembaden, prive strand en speeltuintjes. Een leuke kidsclub met lieve meiden. Enige minpuntje voor ons was het erg koude zwembad en gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld een glijbaantje of speelmogelijkheden in het zwembad. Wij hadden een huurauto en dat was erg fijn want er is niets op loopafstand vanuit het resort. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ook mede door het enorm gastvrije en vriendelijke personeel.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful views, beautiful hotel, good food and enough variety, very friendly staff and the most amazing animation team. We arrived quite late at night and the check-in went smoothly and there was even the possibility to get something to eat at the restaurant. One thing that was a bit overwhelming was the amount of information during check-in (opening-closing hours of different restaurants and kiosk, beach towels, etc), especially late at night and after quite a long trip. But the staff kindly explained everything again the next morning and there are also timetables in the elevators and an activities schedule on the screen downstairs. Things we had some trouble with were the sharp edges of the fence around the football field (a hole in the ball and a crying kid after less than 20 minutes) and the loud noise you would hear when the neighbours flushed the toilet. That was something unexpected the first morning, but after that we got used to it. Despite the (to us small) inconveniences, we had a great holiday and we will definitely come back.

AMAZING!! From beginning to end we absolutely LOVED this place! We were given cold beverages while we were waiting to be shown to our room. I was even given a rose when we checked in! 🌹 We we’re taken to our room on a golf cart so we didn’t have to carry our bags far which was so nice! The food was great! The access to the private coves was so nice and there were multiple pools to swim in as well. We also loved the basketball and volleyball courts to stay active while on the resort. We hope to come back here soon!

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very hospitable and helpful. Jorgo made me feel welcome from the first minute I arrived. Very good food and big variety in the restaurant. Only thing I didn't like was that other guests did not always comply with wearing masks inside and were also not asked to do so.

The staff was really, really great! Especially Jorgo was so nice and helpful - I felt very welcome from the first second I entered. The food was also very good, huge choice and changed every day. The whole hotel was very clean. They had lots of precautions due to the covid situation. Only some of the other guests would not comply with masks at times. A bit of a shame, but the same as everywhere.

Hotellet er fremragende med 1. klasses faciliteter. Maden er imponerende god, både i buffeten og den hyggelige separate a la carte restaurant. Der er ikke tag selv buffet. Gæster kan ikke røre maden før den er serveret. Der er en stor lækker saltvands pool med adskilt område til børn. Pool baren er nedsænket så man kan nyde en drink direkte i vandet. Der er stort område omkring poolen til liggestole og desuden store områder med græs og palmer lidt fra poolen med udsigt over havet. Masser af plads til at nyde solen i fred. Personalet er venligt og servicen helt i top. Hotellet har et lille supermarked, spa og tennisbane. Der er en stor bar, der både serverer inde og ude. Baren har separat ryge område udenfor. Der er underholdning i baren de fleste aftener, live musik og lignende. Hotellet og tilhørende bungalows dækker et stort område med smukt holdte planter og græs. Der er meget grønt og mange blomster. Hotellet er placeret lige ved havet, ca 50 meter over havet og har 2 små private strande. Der er ikke sand på strandene, men beton med plads til liggestole. Adgang til strandene er ad stier med svag hældning, ikke trapper. Hotellet er rent og velholdt, både fælles områder og værelser. Håndtag og gelændere, elevatorer og alle andre overflader som folk rører ved bliver hele tiden gjort rent. Personalet bærer masker og handsker og der er sprit ved alle indgange og på værelserne. Gæster bærer masker indendøre. Eneste minus ved hotellet er at der ikke er en by i nærheden.
