The hotel appears to be some class- A resort...it is not. What it is, though, is an overpriced yet quite practical hotel to spend some time.
The pools are small and smell a little weird ( Clorox and something else) - but again, a great place to relax at night. The bar is stocked but quite expensive, think 5 dollars for a mixed shot. In the pool area, there is music that plays from morning until night, which began to irk my father, cousin and I.
The rooms are smallish, and all cushioned surfaces have an ugly white concrete slab underneath. The AC units in the rooms make a tremendous racket quite unbecoming of a hotel that charges 150 dollars a night.
Everything, and I mean everything is an extra charge at this hotel: tiny coffee refill, water, food...etc.
This hotel needs to LOWER ITS PRICES all around for the service offered, value for stay and accomodations. The staff should also lighten up a little bit, as I saw two smiles during our stay. Location is amazing, and probably can't be bettered within the area.
