The hotel was not full during Covid and never seemed overly busy. Everyone was super nice and did everything as you would expect from a nice resort style place. Food was extremely average and what you expect on an all inclusive deal. Some of the meals at the nice restaurant were better than others. Everyone is very friendly.

What i love of Mayan princess is that its a great hospitality to stay. Theres many nice people that are always at your service. I just love it its my fourth time. There are no problems the food the rooms are best in my opinion

We have gone to the Mayan Princess two years now in a row. The staff is top notch all around. From the dive boat staff/restaurant, to the housekeeping... everyone is friendly and very accommodating. The whole resort is very well taken care of, and the spacious condos are all a very comfortable stay. We will travel here again every year!

We spent a week there with a group of 16 people (10/14 to 10/22). I was really impressed with the effort and work they go to to make sure everyone is safe and that there is no spread. Everyone had to get tests within 72 hours of arriving and the staff made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The resort staff as always is great, accommodating our group. The staff there is amazing as they remember your preferences within a day of you being there. Everyone needed this trip and they all remarked at how safe they felt in the resort. We have already booked for our next group adventure! Thanks again to the staff there for a great stay. Greg

Great staff and service. Not too big and yet not small. It has a comfortable feel with the professional touches. This was our 2nd year here as a dive group. I love the condo type rooms with all the things you need in them. Veru spacious rooms and easy to get around the resort. ALl the staff is amazing!1 their customer service is outstanding. They are all so freindly and helpful. I suggest anyone stay here. It is a nice quiet resort that is centrall located to many things to go do. All rooms are walking distance from the beach. we will be back every year!!!!
