The staff is responsive, always prompt to respond and helpful. The apartments are clean, with a quite large 2 bed for wan chai.

Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Excellent service. They have a live WhatsApp channel and will respond quickly to any requests. Love the holiday decorations. Nice and clean facilities. Housekeeping is provided weekly. The entire team is pleasant and welcoming. One man at the front desk even assisted with pressing the elevator buttons and opening the front gate each time.

Fantastic location, very close to public transportation, the mtr is across the street, and the tram stop is right next to the building. Excellent clean apartments, whatever your needs, the concierge is always ready to help, no matter how big or small the task is.

Last week, i had the nicest stay at chi 138! Our bags were kept in the room by the building managers, kit and connie, while we traveled to macau for the day and left them in the room for when we returned late. If needed, they were proactive in letting us know when housekeeping was coming and offered us a later checkout. Additionally, the building security assisted us in locating the appropriate bus to the airport. There is a space or nook in the room, which is roomy and thoughtfully designed. I could have slept for days in the bed because it is so cozy! With the mtr tram and taxi stand on the same block, as well as a ton of eateries in the area, it was incredibly convenient. Will undoubtedly return. Stop by bakehouse a few blocks down for coffee!.

In early 2023, my wife and i stayed at chi 138. The place is secure, wellkept, and tidy. The personnel are accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It is conveniently situated in wan chai and close to public transportation. The next time we visit hong kong, we will stay at this hotel.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place after spending a little over six months here! The staff is excellent, they respond quickly to all inquiries, the location is excellent, and it is in a fantastic area of the Wan Chai neighborhood in general. The apartments are roomy, wellappointed with new furnishings, wellequipped kitchens, and lovely bathrooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the facilities, such as the onsite gym, are excellent and wellmaintained. I heartily endorse this place!.

My stay at chi residences was fantastic! My apartment was designed with smart and efficient design, providing a much more functional space than i had anticipated. Additionally, all the windows provide a welcoming atmosphere, creating an airy and open atmosphere. The customer service provided was exceptional, although i wasnt particularly techsavvy and had to wait a few minutes to receive assistance from someone. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation, excellent restaurants, and cafes. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at chi residences for a wonderful experience.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The location was very convenient, with buses, trams, and mtr almost right outside the door, allowing us to travel almost anywhere in hong kong.

I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to travel conveniently to central. I lived in this serviced apartment for a year and the service was great. The building is well maintained, the fixtures in the room are new and clean. If you have any concerns, the staff responds quickly. The location is very accessible. Its close to tram stop, mtr station, taxi stand, and a few minutes from bus stops.

Personally, I would not stay at this location again. My biggest quip was the lack of hot water. Staff was helpful and the location was extremely close to the MTR but, this place is not for me.
