Crown Plaza Causeway Bay is at a premium location. Only a few minutes walk away from Times Square, Sogo, Hysan and Causeway Bay MTR station. Friendly staff and helpful room service assistants. Dining wise, I highly recommend Imperial Treasure Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Outstanding customer service at the reception, very help staff and their food is simply amazing. For evening social, Bar @28 is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and relax. I truly enjoyed stay and will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay

Wonderful hotel with wonderful rooms. Loved our room and service. I dropped a lot of money in a white envelope in the room before checking out. The cleaning staff found it, turned it in and the duty manager (shout out to Terrance!) called to get it back to us. Fair rates. Total honest. Great breakfast every morning. Well worth the cost. WILL STAY AGAIN!
