Проживали вдвоем 10 дней. Номер был чистый, все работало. В отеле было все что заявлено на сайте. Никаких проблем при заселении и проживании не было. Очень приветливый персонал. Расположен близко к метро, 10 минут ходьбы от паромного причала и набережной.

Main staff member there was excellent, making sure I was comfortable and attending to my every need. Good WIFI, great location and secure. Minimal noise as was on 14th floor. Would stay again. Make sure you choose the 'D Block' elevator/lift - there are 6 in the main building entrance A-F.

Excellent customer service - staff went over and above to help me. Was a mix up with the room which was sorted quickly. Good WIFI and location. Clean, modern and secure. Note - when you get to main building, there are 6 different lifts to take - be sure to take the correct one ('D' BLOCK)

It was a clean place and there was a helpful staff called Hari from India . He assisted us well. Room is clean and comfortable. Negative : Long queue to get into the lift which is small and downastairs full of Indians shops and not clean. Room is clean . So it’s the best and close eye for rest .

かなり都会の駅から徒歩1分で着きます。マンションの14階と17階を借りてゲストハウスにしてるらしく、最初は迷いましたがなんとか着くことができました。エレベーターが少なく時間によっては行列ができます。フロントには感じのいいインド人のホテルマンが出迎えてくれ、24時間体制でどの時間に行ってもそのインド人の方が対応してくれました。 5日間滞在したのですがゲストハウスなのでベッドメイキングはなく、タオルも自分たちで干して使い回す感じです。ゲストハウスなので寝るだけでの利用ならおすすめです。

良い点スタッフさんがとても親切駅近で便利寝るだけなら安くていい気になる点朝はエレベーターが満員になる率が高く時間帯によっては降りるのに時間がかかる（15階に階段で上がって奇数階最上階からエレベーターを利用するといい）朝の9時を過ぎるとハラルフードの調理が始まるのだろう、部屋の中がスパイスのニオイになる。（G階がハラルフードだらけなので一斉に調理始めるから近隣道路もスパイスの香りになっている） 3人部屋でシャワートイレ込みで6畳ほどなのでスーツケースを開けるにはベッドの上悪い点（改善してもらいたい）レセプション横のお部屋だったので、ゲストとスタッフさんの会話はまだいいが、スタッフさんの夜中のスマホゲームの音は騒音。 G階でのお買い物ハラルフードのお店は値段表示が無い場合、必ず値段を聞いてから買うように！（ありえなあ高額を言われることもあるので注意！）それぞれのお店の味があり、ハラルフード好きにとっては天国！！

房間空間狹小, 身高體型較高大的人住起來比較不方便, 旅途中若會花比較多時間在旅店中則不建議, 但若單純只是洗個澡,睡個覺則很適合.

Mycket hjälpsam personal som gjorde allt för att vistelsen skulle bli riktigt bra. Hotellet ligger i en riktig skum byggnad och man måste ta hiss flera våningar innan man kommer till hotellet. Rekommenderar för de som behöver bo riktigt billigt. Inte något för familjer.
