Lokasi paling ok, dekat dgn MTR stasiun, pusat belanja, cari makanan juga gampang, hotelnya bersih, staff hotel baik pelayanannya. Next liburan akan nginap lagi di hotel ini. Ruangan agak sempit aja tp sesuai budget lah.

Sangat recommended dr segi lokasi, bersih, ada seorg staff yg ramah melayani kami (krn bs ngomong english), ranjang empuk juga, wifi ok. Next pengen nginap lagi Kekurangan hny : Ruangan terlalu sempit, agak sulit sedikit cRiny krn tdk ada plang hotelnya, staff tdk pki seragam hotel, kebetulan saya dpt unit air kamar mandi agak sulit turun.

Air WC tidak mengalir sehingga harus diisi pakai shower kran, air panas malam tidak menyala, ketika check in maupun cek out reseptionist maupun penjaga sangat tidak sopan, sempat ribut sama saya

Saya mau membagikan pengalaman yg amat sangat tidak menyenangkan ketika menginap di hotel ini, saya memesan kamar melalui web untuk 2 person, ketika saya datang dan mau cek in ( setelah mencari gedung hotel yg ternyata menurut saya lebih cocok disebut guest house karena tidak ada plang nama hotel sama sekali ) saya menunjukkan lembar booking saya dan paspor waktu itu saya datang pk 01.00 saya istri dan anak saya yg balita, alangkah terkejutnya saya ketika saya cek in saya dimintai tambahan biaya 1000 hkd dengan alasan saya memesan untuk 2 orng sedangkan saya datang bertiga ( padahal anak saya masih balita ) akhirnya saya negosiasi dengan petugas hotel ( yg saya rasa jauh dari kesan dia petugas hotel karena tidak memakai seragam hotel ) saya tetap disuruh membayar 600 hkd atau saya tidak diijinkan menginap disitu karena itu kebijakan dia akhirnya dengan sangat terpaksa saya bayar 600 hkd untuk tambahan biaya menginap karena mengajak anak saya yang masih balita, setelah saya bayar koper saya langsung ditarik keluar dan saya digiring ke gedung lain dengan berjalan kaki yang amat sangat jauh tempatnya dari alamat yg tertera di web, setelah saya diantar ke gedung tsb langsung saya kaget melihat kondisi gedung yg amat sangat jauh dari kesan hotel ( lebih pantas disebut rumah susun ), ketika saya protes dengan entengnya pihak hotel mengatakan kamar yg mereka punya di gedung satunya yg sesuai alamat web sudah penuh makanya kami dipindah disini, karena kondisi sudah dini hari dan di negara orang lain akhirnya kami cuma bisa mengalah, kiranya pengalaman tidak mengenakkan saya ini tidak dialami oleh orang lain yang hendak menginap di hotel ini, sekali lagi bagi saya hotel ini tidak layak disebut hotel karena jauh dari kesan hotel melati sekalipun

I stayed at this hotel (I would call it a dorm instead) for 3D2N in March 2019. Booked this place at the last minute as I could only confirm my stay a week before, and it was the cheapest. I did my research on this place before booking so I had a vague idea of what to expect. The only reasons for choosing this place was due to my budget and the location. You had to enter from building "B" by entering the code '2' then '6' which will open the glass door, following which you had to take a lift to level 6 reception. Look for the (paper) signage saying Galaxy Hotel and the receptionist will bring you to your room. I booked the standard single room. The room was extremely small, just a single bed and bedside table for furnishing. The door could not be opened fully as it would be obstructed by the bed. A TV was mounted at the foot of the bed and a mirror with hooks to hang your belongings. A toothbrush, bottled water, cup, bedroom slippers and hairdryer was provided. No toilet is included in the room. A tiny bathroom is shared along a common corridor. Pros: Excellent location, a mere 5 minutes from Causeway Bay MTR. Many shops (Adidas, Reebok, Kiehl's, H&M, Sasa, other well known shops) a stone's throw from the hotel. Cleanliness, housekeeping was great, with fresh towels replaced daily and the keepers were friendly as well. Bottled water was also provided everyday. The common toilet was also kept clean, though I suppose it would be the shared effort of all the guests to keep it usable. Cons: Rooms were extremely tiny, even my 3 friends who shared the triple room had the same sentiments. For a solo traveler who enjoys privacy, you would find this place suitable for you. Though I did not encounter this problem, I can understand why other reviews complained about the lack of customer service. For those who booked the single room like me, sharing a toilet with other guests could be troublesome as you had to wait for the others to finish. Summary: You definitely get what you paid for. If you're just looking for a place to crash after shopping and walking the whole day, this would be the place for you. If you're a fussy traveler, look elsewhere. The accessible location and cleanliness just barely made me overlook the faults.

Hi. I had big problems with Seasons Hotel - Causeway Bay (Formerly Galaxy Hotel) Was impossible to find customer service call Booking.com in Hong Kong. The reception lady sold a room as hotel two stars. But this is not a hotel. This is rent room. Poor and dirty, poor and all broken forniture, without shower with cockroachs inside bedroom. The receptionist arrogant and impolite. The pictures are fake over Booking.com websites. Not corresponding at real room. This hotel should be cancelled from booking.com. Is out of any kind selection. They don’t have outside band with hotel name, they are inside family building with hotel name written over A4 paper page. Attached at door. The receptionist asked full payment by cash. I had credit card. She refused. After leaved all part the cash was in my wallet, I received the key for the room Situated outside across the street in other family building. Once arrived in the bad room I noted the incredible cockroachs walking all round. Missed shower. And broken forniture fixed by tape. I try to looking for the phone call of booking.com, but nothing. I asked the receptionist to give me the customer care Booking, she said that didn’t exist in Hong Kong. I made the day after checkout. I asked my money back, she refused Several time. In final during long insistence she got 416 hkd for one night together the cockroachs. This hotel must be cancelled from webside. The room size is small, but it's perfect for solo traveller. The place is clean and convenient. Toilet is clean and new, located inside each room. Pretty difficult to find at first.Good place to relax after work not much things but you get what you pay.

Stayed there for 1 night and everything except the location was way below expectations. Room was so small (1.5 X single bed), front desk not there (says 24 hours) so when I used the intercom no one answered nor did anyone answer when I tried there phone, bottle of water was half drunk. It also says private bathroom, shower and slippers (in a room size of 1.5x single bed there's not private bathroom) the bathroom and shower was in fact down the hall where everyone else can access it (not private). Now staying at a number of hotels and some hostels before I know some of these lower end accommodations will be below expectations but not one was so bad that got me to actually write a review about it!
