I had a good experience during my stay in this hotel during my trip to Hong Kong. This is a decent place to stay for a budget trip. The accessibility here is very good, plus it is in a very convenient location. This place is really comfortable for me and my friends. The staff was friendly.

The location here is amazing with good value. The room was so cold all the time. The ac will turn off when you take my card out. When I was so cold, I started taking steam heat in the shower. The room was quite tiny if a solo traveler and had one of the most comfy twin beds ever. The mystery of the missing tampons was the most memorable part of my stay, and that wasn't because I was always clingy in four layers while in the room. Ladies who have traveled to China can tell you how difficult it is to find tampons in stores. Apparently, the majority of women use pads. I went around shopping for around for about four hours in store at several MAR stops, but finally I discovered a box and happily returned them to my hotel room. Before leaving the next day, I placed the newly found full box on top of the toilet. When I returned to my room later that night, it was icy cold again, and my brandnew box of tampons was gonewtf. The front desk said it would verify with housekeeping. An hour later, the housekeeper and my new box of tampons are missing. It is no longer a mystery to me. I called at the front desk to begin the chaos, my brand new box of tampons being tossed away or stolen,

This is an excellent hotel for the price, within walking distance of the largest museums, star ferry, and main luxury hotel and shopping district. We chose the larger twin room because another review said the standard double room was small and had a view of the harbor, but I believe a new building may soon end that. The hotel effectively lacks amenities because the reception is small and off the street and there is no dining room and breakfast. However, a large 4 style room with a view in this location is excellent, and the staff was very helpful, especially the manager.

Price is fair, and the location is perfect. But the air in the room is quite bad, I can't breathe properly and it's very hot. I've complained to the reception quite a bit, but so far nothing has been done about it. In the end, I need to split the 3-day plan into 2 pieces. Clearness is also good, the room seems a little old and not well maintained for a long time.
