The hotel is conveniently located in Kowloon East with easy access to Ngau Tau Kok MTR station. The walk only takes 3 minutes. There are enough convenient stores and fast food shops nearby to cater for guests’ daily needs. The room was very spacious with all the necessities provided. The most competitive point was their hospitable services provided by their whole team. I must apologise for not being able to mention all the staff’s names I came across. Everyone here made my stay extremely comfortable and easy. The front desk staff helped me collect parcels which made my stay even hassle-freer. The cleaning maids (one was named Hiu Nam) were smart and reliable. She could remember very little details here and there. My room was like new every time after make-up. One more point I would like to mention is their restaurant. During my stay, I was unwell for a few days and could barely leave my bed. I had no options for meals but only ordered room services. They had varieties of food and the only thing I could have was congee. One of the waitress handed me the tray and she was very kind and told me not to hesitate to ask for help when needed. She cut me chunks of lime and taught me to make lime water. This worked. Overall, I would choose to stay here when possible. And I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a relaxing stay.

It’s a excellent time for hanging up with family. I love the room decorations for my child. Thank you Front desk Derek and Charlie.I am much appreciated with Master Chef Mr Cheuk. It’s much appreciate about care our little daughter and explained the pasta how to cook. Thank you , much appreciate .

First try to nina hotel, we spend 2 day to enjoy with my family, my family really like that , including Front desk Henry and Mila , restaurant staff, is also very nice, when my next time, i will suggest my friend to join in ,,haha

Booked 2 rooms to stay with family and requested for non-smoking room when making reservation by phone. Check-in at 2:30pm but we were told one of the rooms was still tidying up (as we requested the room on the same floor) so we waited at another room. Once we entered the room, we found that there were only 2 bottles of drink in the refrigerator but supposed there should be 4, the tv remote control didn’t really work, the bath towel was dirty. We called to the housekeeping and hotel did response quick. However, my mom started coughing when she took off the mask and we found that the room was full of smell of cigarette. We called to front desk and were told we were actually on the smoking floor and they could arrange another 2 rooms for us on non-smoking floor but we needed to wait for another 20 mins for the room (time was at 3:10pm). We kept waiting in the room and until 3:45pm we didn’t receive any call and I went to the front desk and check. The staff told me that room was still tidying up and would need to wait for another 20 mins. Honestly I was so angry about this answer as this was another 20 mins’ waiting. The staff said that room was actually ready but as we requested to change the room, they needed another 20 mins to prepare. It was absolutely funny. We requested room changing at 3:10pm and the 20 mins preparation time started to count again at 3:45pm? Please, be honest to your guests. We understood that hotel was fully occupied on Saturday but why didn’t the hotel has a better control in the room availability? We booked and paid the room charge too, why do we need to scarify our time in the hotel for just waiting for your guests to leave the room? I am definitely disappointed with everything of this hotel and would never come back again

Warm and friendly Front Desk Charlie & Derek. they are both super attentive. Especially within this Chinese new year, they offered us a candy. Derek was kind enough to share hotel information and enjoy the whole conversation as I get to know more about Chinachem. I'm really impressed with their hospitality and bring my family again
