Small room at Hk is normal. Everything as expected. Helpful staff. Can't beat the strategic location. Easy to find the lobby and then they take me to another level to my room. You need to pay cash for the cleaning service fee up front as mention on the booking agreement. Airport bus A21 bus stop just in front of the building. A little bit scary looking at the old building at first, but you'll get use to it considering the budget friendly side. One step away from everything you'll need

Simple and basic room. Small room but it's HK. For the price, everything ok. Superb location. Helpful owner. Near everything. Really cold room, no need air con this month. suitable for solo traveller. Charge 15% for cleaning, but I didn't need cleaning service durung my stays but it's still ok. This location is in a class of its own. I was here by chance, but it was incredibly unfortunate. The rooms themselves are tastier but still cozy. That oldworld vibe. Its an amazing hotel. Thank you to the head chef and the FandB team. Throughout my entire stay, i ate here pretty much everything you eat. Your sandwich instead of bringing yogurt is genius! And delicious. Everything was fantastic with excellent service. My only area was the pool. Too busy.

The staff, the hotel itself, and the way everything is organized really impressed me. When you enter and go through security checkin is very easy and quick. The front desk staff explain everything to you and are also available if you need to hire private transportation. I was able to rent several private drivers and pay through the front counter, which was 100% safe and reliable. Also, there were excellent rooms. My room was comfortable, but i didnt want to leave it in the morning. Due to the dirty window to port and some strange stains on the carpet, ive had to remove a star. Apart from that, my room felt comfortable and room service did incredibly cleaning everything and keeping the room clean, towels stocked, bed made. Room service here is also excellent. Ordering food was done several times, so ill be satisfied with the quality of the food and speed at which it was delivered. One thing he didn't see in other reviews is that there is smelt of baked goods here, such as the ube danish was my favorite. Breakfast buffet was also great, although it can be noisy and busy, avoid lines early.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. This is one of the historic hotels we have stayed in, in comparison to other 5star hotels that weve remained at. From security to concierge, staff, and housekeeping. We would like to extend our stay, but unfortunately, it is fully booked. Thank you for ensuring i have an amazing experience. Well return.

The employees were the nicest part of our experience - everyone was polite, accommodating, and attentive, always ready with a greeting and grin. The hotel also greatly reduced some delays. When the front desk told us the keys would be ready in 3 minutes but they werent because the rooms were still being cleaned, they asked us to sit down to wait. Snacks and juice were provided to us. It was incredibly short. They appeared prepared for the large number of guests. Despite some wait times due, as is understandably, the huge number who checked in, checkin was efficient and organized. I adore the bed, which is firm and comfortable just like my bed at home. Had i had slept well all night. Housekeeping was proactive, knocking on door in the morning to see if we needed anything. Room service was also good. Due to the high number that guests, hotels have set up an additional breakfast area. We were directed to that additional location. The rooms are very comfortable to stay in and have a good atmosphere. The service is very friendly and helpful. Locations are pretty sure you can walk safely and discover different places to shop and stop for ages.

The location is ideal, very close. Our room had a view of manila bay, which was breathtaking to watch. The food was delicious. If you choose to go for supper, there are many options. Employees are polite and cheerfully welcome you.
