尖沙咀の駅からも近く、どこへ行くにも便利。ショッピングモールにも直結していてるのでスタバ、シティスーパーにもすぐに買い物に行けます。お部屋も広く、スーツケースを置く台が広いので大きなスーツケースを広げっ放しで置けました。お部屋も清潔、水回りもキレイで快適でした。コンシェルジュやベルボーイのスタッフも親切で頼りになりました！いいホテルでしたよ！

The hotel is very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station so it's super convenient to get around. There are also numerous restaurants nearby and shopping is in the same complex. The staff is very polite and helpful. I stayed at Prince and Gateway in between my trips to other parts of China so I left my other luggage at these hotels while I was away. I did not have shower gel and shampoo the last time I was at Prince so it was a housekeeping issue but overall it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend Prince and Gateway.

I enjoyed my stay because of the location, comfort and excellent service. The room offers lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping team, receptionists, in-room dining team, and bellboys were very professional, polite, and friendly. The services that they delivered were efficient and exceptional! This hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsiu and it connected to Harbour City (one of the best malls) and close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. The team was able to solve the issue in a timely manner. One night, I smelled smoke, so I called the Guest Service. They sent someone to do investigation immediately and found out the guest next to my room was smoking cigarettes with his door opened. They gave this guest a warning, as this was a non-smoking property. The customer service rep gave me a follow-up call and kept me updated with the situation, apologized for this happening, and thanked me for reporting. I was very grateful for how efficient and professional the team handled this. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there next time when I visit Hong Kong!
