Sangat mengecewakan, kami memesan hotel, pesanan tertulis dengan jelas, masuk jam 2 siang dan sampai di hotel kami. Kami tidak diizinkan masuk. Mereka mengatakan hanya buka pada hari kerja, apalagi hari Minggu yang jam masuknya jam 14.00. Pelayanan sangat buruk pada pukul 19.00.

Mohon jangan memesan akomodasi ini. Saya melakukan reservasi karena harga akomodasinya murah, tetapi ketika saya check-in di malam hari, mereka meminta biaya check-in terlambat sebesar 200 dolar Hong Kong per orang, total 400 dolar Hong Kong.
