宿泊した部屋からチェックイン機へ行くまで入り組んでいてわかりにくい。いったん下まで降りてからエレベーターを変えて４階に行けばすぐわかるが少々めんどくさい。そのほかは全てよかったですね。

The bed was too firm, the mattress too thin. The room was fine, not too bad. Would recommend for the price. WhatsApp replied quickly. See attached.

It is easy and fast to check in and check out by using their machine. I added the late check out upon check in. It was HK$60. The bed is big and comfortable. I left my key card inside the bed, although no reception there, I called and they can issue me the key by their side via the phone. Fragrance machine is found in the toilet and I think they spray perfume in the room or capsule. Not bad. In short, I got what I paid for.

This hotel is cool! Comfortable bed with all amenities I need. I love the ceiling of the pod! I booked one night on Expedia and eventually extended 2 more nights at this self service machine.

Compare with the capsule hotels in other countries, like Japan or Singapore, I think the capsules here are more spacious and clean. Their shower facility is amazing.
