To ensure a contactless check in process we request that you provide all registration information and copy of identity proof at the time of making your reservation. You will be required to submit a self-declaration form outlining your travel history and other details at the time of check in.
We request you to pay your room bills by using digital mode via payment gateway / UPI / eWallets / Internet Banking before arrival to ensure contactless check in experience. In case of extras to be settled during your stay same can be done using payment gateway / UPI / eWallets / Internet Banking.
We encourage e-Invoicing, bill copy in PDF format will be sent to email id registered after check out. We discourage giving print out of bills at this point of time.
We encourage you to download the Arogya Setu App of the Government of India prior to arrival.
It will be mandatory for all guests and Hotel employees to undergo temperature check at the Hotel entrances. Guests have to wear masks before entering the hotel.
While on the Hotel premises guests are requested to observe social distancing and hygiene protocol including washing and sanitizing their hands as required. Sanitizers will be available in all public areas and guests will be provided with a Personal Safety Kit containing face mask, sanitizer and disposable gloves.
All Hotel employees will be wearing the prescribed Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including face mask, face shields, disposable gloves and protective suit when required.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
