Many years back, whenever I use to visit Gurgaon , this was the hotel I use to stay....It was one of the best hotels....And I have stayed here a lot.....After 10 years, I was back at this hotel....The hotel has worn out....Old rooms....They have not maintained well....Some old property which the owners have left to be destroyed.....Sub standard staffs from the front office to the restaurants....No customer service.....The food was not good....Restaurant manager was rude.....Front office staffs was so cold in their behavior....This hotel needs a new set of management and some new trained staffs.....Wish to see it regain the old glory again.....

Typical business traveler’s hotel. Situated on the main thoroughfare. & adjacent to a Metro station, a mode of transport, which is increasingly turning out to be a boon for Delhi NCR. The rooms are of standard size but the washroom does feel a little bit cramped. Not much a view from the rooms either with the property being nestled in the heart of the town. The management would do better if they were to change the pool operational time. Not many business traveller would manage to be back to the hotel by 7 PM. The food is pretty much regular, not of gourmet standard by any stretch of imagination. The staff is quite professional & courteous. Would be a value for money proposition depending at what price one is able to avail the reservation.

The only thing I can say about this hotel is that Yes, it knows how to care for its customers. The food was one of the better tasting varieties I have eaten and the service was quick. The complimentary fruits were served upon request and had lots of variety. The only thing I can say I was expecting was that the swimming pool could be bigger and the bathtubs could be there in standard rooms as well.

GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS THE USP FOR THE ORCHID RESTAURANT AT THIS PROPERTY. It s location is quite perfect on main road and very near to DRONACHARYA metro station. The staff is perfectly trained to look after there guests.

The food was good however enough options were not present for starters. We got only 2 starters. Food quality was good and the staff was also nice and well behaving. The hotel must provide more options in the buffet given the amount they are charging,
