The rooms were fine, the bedsheet and pillows could have been cleaner, but the staff was helpful, especially puran Singh, who is a security guard at the front door with luggage when checking in and out.

The best hotel to stay at if you want to live in paharganj (to explore the nearby local markets and connaught place). The rooms are well maintained and of very good quality. The food here, made in the hotel restaurant, is delicious and relatively healthier than eating street food. I recommend taking breakfast with you as there isnt really a good place to have breakfast nearby but also because their breakfast is quite good and offers dozens of options.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Aman Continental hotel recently, and i cant express how wonderful my experience was. I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the moment ive walked through the doors. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure he had a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout his stay. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the food at araman continental. All tastes and diet preferences were catered to by the hotels restaurant, which offered dozens of delectable and freshly prepared dishes. Each meal was delicious, with exceptional flavors and presentation. My expectations were truly exceeded by these talented chefs, while the attentive wait staff made dining cherished. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. There were stores, restaurants, entertainment options nearby, making the area bustling and full. Overall, if you are looking for accomodation, please consider staying here.

The room was also the best. But there was no dinner available for us. The experience was great. I loved staying there. They make us wait a long time to enter. Their service was amazing.

First of all, you should verify the authenticity of the fivestar reviews that are posted here because they are largely forced by hotel employees during checkouts. We also had a similar experience while we were checking out because we had to take out our phones and post rated 5 stars in front of them. For hospitality, i would like to give 2 stars because the staff needs some training on how to behave and smile when treating customers. The watchman was very kind and he was nice enough to inform us about the places and what to look for and beware of as it was our first trip to delhi. He was extremely helpful and charming, the only person who was smiling throughout the restaurant which made u feel welcome and made us feel very welcome. Every time we left, she was kind enough call for cabs or autos and informed us of prices to each destination so we didnt get taken advantage of.

The rooms are clean and wellmaintained, and the service is excellent. Although the location may seem a bit shady for families, its convenient because it is close to the train station. The room service also provides good service and is quick. Given the size of the room, which is not very large, the price of accommodation does appear tad high, but overall, it was pleasantly pleasant to stay in.

This place is in the middle of a busy market. The room is very congested and there is no space to walk. If you want peace, dont stay here. Food is of very low quality. Stay when you need to pick up the train early. Hotel staff are friendly and can keep your luggage if you wish to leave after checkout.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay near the railway station. This hotel offers exceptional service, which is both fast and welcoming to visitors. We were astounded by all the amenities offered here. The location was also fantastic, being in the heart of the shopping market and food areas.

This hotel is conveniently located near new delhi railway station. The hotel offers good accommodations, although they are of a small size. I had reserved an executive room, but i believe the room was merely an deluxe room rather than an elite one. According to the hotel, it is an Executive room. Im not sure what if the executive space is so tiny, however, the accommodation was decent and had sat on the roadside with receptacles. With the exception of the average tea, room service and food were excellent. One drawback to this hotel was that even eat in their restaurant, they still charge homage for the service. All the amenities were satisfactory.

I recently spent two days at this hotel and had an amazing time. New delhi railway station can be reached on foot from the property, which is conveniently located. The personnel responded to my inquiries, the food was excellent, and the rooms are cozy. In order to help me manage my stay, i had excellent assistance from receptionist, who was very helpful. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the outdated tv setup without access to modern streaming platforms like Netflix or other streaming services, as well as how few breakfast items were available, even though the available fare was tasty. It is definitely worth trying to make your own opinion, but if its just a transit hotel, im guess youd be satisfied.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is neat and clean, and the staff is well behaved and supportive. Nearby to the ndls railway station, there are many dining options nearby. There is also renowned chole bhatire radhe shyam and sita ram near the property. If someone wants to enjoy Chaat, lassi, or nearby street food, this is the place to stay. Its also suitable for work and family stays.

Positives the room is smaller than anticipated, but it was fine for us. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. I felt safe. No negative incidents occurred. Neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Close to newdelhi railway station.

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are fine, okay not bad, kept really clean, as well as the toilets in the bathroom. The only disadvantage of this hotel was that the front desk staff were really not very polite and friendly. I wont say rough, but they are not really poblished with the guess they receive maybe this is because of the language barrier they have. But even hindi can be spoken very courteously to other state people or people who dont know english. Please be at least i advise people to be genuinely polit and welcoming to the guests that they get payment for the room and ultimately pay their salary.

The hotel is good, but the location is on a very busy street and may seem shady to families, however, it does not disappoint. Family room review with one double bed and one single bed. Breakfast spread is decent and the taste is also good. The room is fine, although very small for 3 people. Large washroom. Good service.

The rooms are immaculate and wellkept. I value the hotel service. It is conveniently located near the new delhi railway station and a bank on strewn with shopping stalls on the busy street road. Breakfast options are limited. Given the traffic, it is preferable to walk from the motel to the main road instead.

The service at this hotel was commendable, with attentive staff who were helpful throughout the stay. While the overall experience at that hotel is positive, there are some areas for improvement. The outdated tv setup without access to modern streaming platforms like Netflix was a downside. Additionally, while the staffs behavior was good, the receptionists request for ten stars at checkout felt coercive and detract from the entire experience. This practice should be reconsidered to ensure genuine guest feedback. Overall, despite this minor issue, we would recommend this hotels comfortable rooms, excellent service, and delicious food.
