The condition of the room is not as you see in the picture. The room is cramped and I have to say that there are not much good things about this place. There are a lot of shops around the hotel. The bathroom is clean and so is the room. Overpriced in my opinion. The manager of the day was helpful.

I'm looking forward to returning to this place. The Iridium Hotel in Chennai recently had the pleasure of hosting a group of 30 tourists. At this location, we were incredibly at ease. Excellent value for money is offered at this hotel. The staff is outstanding. Karthik, the bellhop, is a notable person who went above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. The service members at the restaurants were also excellent. I heartily endorse this hotel. I also want to commend the management for the excellent training that is given to the employees.

We decided to choose iris for our baby shower celebration last week. The banquet hall is very big and has a rich appearance, perfect for our event. They provided special food for the event based on our requirements, and it was served with care. Special thanks to my. Dinesh, who did his best to meet our needs and make our day memorable. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend this venue to make your event more memorable and look forward to returning.

The hotel itself is well-located, close to the center, especially if you are using tutu. And then, the cleanliness of the room was good but could use some renovation. After that, the personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant, particularly karthik who always responded to all our requirements.
