Had a wonderful and relaxed time with family. The hospitality of the staff is at par. Mr. Anshul Khurana and his team made us feel quite comfortable during our stay. The place offers so many facilities for guests to avail from sports to spa. The interiors are a highlight. Must visit this place if you're looking for a place to relax- somewhere away from the hustle bustle of a city like Delhi.

Awesome dinner with best services. Warm and Friendly staff. Specially brown sugar coffee shop, Salads were really tasty and delicious desserts. I had breakfast and dinner. Sandeep kumar Singh served food with all his heart and it made my stay memorable.

We have decided NoorMahal for New year celebrations.We are very happy that we have take correct decision.
The party was beyond expectations.All the staff was very caring and supportive.Full safety and hygiene taken...
All the team at their best to give the best customer service in this testing time.We were here for 3 night 4 days..It was really refreshing.
Will special mention Garima Mam for her wonderful caring and gesture..She is perfect and always available for customer whenever needs.
We will recommend each and everyone to visit NoorMahal and have a different and high class experience of some royal treatment!!!

Hotel looks very beautiful. Staff is very cooperative. The floor incharge from housekeeping department Mr Aman was so courteous and well behaved. Rooms are decent. Would recommend a stay at this palace like hotel if in Karnal.

Nice room service...faced a few problems but they were solved and attended to immediately. Kamal and amanjeet proved nice service at all time. Overall a very nice experience:) plus the food is quite amazing
