Worst bathrooms I have seen in my life , could not make out the shower mechanism for 20 minutes and after that came out almost burnt with hot water and with soap still on my body . Fire alarm went off at 1.40am as someone was smoking , presumably in his room . It has happened in at least twice . All speakers in rooms started making announcement of evacuation. It is horrible , one more night is left out , please pray for us

Just did marriage of daughter on Dec 27th-Dec.28th, 2019 at Hotel Sewa Grand, Pitampura, now rechristened as Ramada Pitampura. Good food and good rooms. Had asked for less spicy and less oil in all meals which we got. Food was one area where we had NO complaints but unfortunately we faced other problems. 1. All rooms are not having heater blower facility which was not told to us at time of booking. 2. The maintenance of rooms needs a bit of more care with some drawers falling off. 3. The bathroom sliding door system also needs better care as one door fell on our guests resulting in palm injury and many more were shaking. This is very serious actually. 4. The hotel CHEATED us by not giving the booked space near swimming pool for the fere and gave it to some SP of police department. This was outrageous and the administration made a fool of us saying that they were helpless. We were forced to do our shaadi ke fere in small cramped space and not offered any compensation . Not even a word of Apology!!! 5. The recommended decorator from the hotel Mr. Rohit is a cheat as he failed miserably to deliver. Could not deliver the required arrangement after having promised to do so and took full money. No remorse too for not being able to fulfill the promises. Although not the responsibility of the hotel but the hotel needs to be more careful with its recommendations. 6. The hotel is hands in glove with the decorator for sure and uses him to msnipulate.VERY BAD PRACTICE. Mr. Yash Gandhi, the administrator, is a very supportive person and accommodative too. Full marks to him on other arrangements but low marks on ethical grounds. Failed to give us the pool after having made the booking and had the nerves to give it to some other party. Shame.

Sewa Grand gave us one of the best Hospitality experince when we hosted 2 family functions here in October 2019. The whole credit for this goes to their Operations Manager- Mr. YASH. he treated us so nicely and with a warm approach. One of the best hospitality expert we have seen after a long time. He took great care of our needs and sorted our doubts and queries so nicely. The staff was very efficient and the service was at par. The other thing I want to put across is their food. Right from the presentation to the taste, every dish was mind blowing. Kudos to the kitchen team. Again the onus for this goes to Mr. Yash for handling our functions so nicely and without any flaw. Sewa Grand's gem has to be Yash for being such a fine manager. Thank you to the whole team of sewa grand. We had a great time. Good job

Our rating for this hotel is Poor Checked in with Family on 15.10.2019 Poor Check In at 22.00 hrs on 15.10.2019 No Hand Towels in the WashRoom No Toiletries in the WashRoom Room Telephone not working Entrance gate light not working Flush System not working Pillow covers were dirty No Hangers in the Almirah List is Endless Not recommendable Time to check out now, as the late check out has been denied Thanks to Sewa Grand Virender Gupta Room 401 Hotel Sewa Grand Delhi 16.10.2019 @ 11.45 a.m.

The bathrooms stink and on asking to change the room, I got no response from the reception. Not Worth the money. At all! Not at all a 4-star property. Do double check before checking in. The food is tasteless. I ordered a veg pulao and when it arrived it was absolutely cold. It was not at all tasty and there was still no apology from their end.
