From check in to check out absolutely a wonderful experience. Very beautiful property. Huge palace kind of a place. Room was very clean and simply gorgeous. Amenities are excellent. They thought of EVERYTHING you may need. Bed was very comfy. Room was spacious with so many storage, safe deposit locker, mini fridge, coffee maker etc.Breakfast was unbelievably good with so so so many varieties of items including Chinese, continental etc. And the BEST part was the staff. Each and every member of the team was extremely courteous , friendly and went above and beyond to serve, help and comfort us. Can’t thank them enough. We absolutely loved our stay, enjoyed every moment there. Would definitely recommend chola to everyone. Please don’t think twice , just go ahead and book . You will have a great time I promise.

One of the best hotels I had the pleasure staying. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are all very courteous, and the food in the hotel restaurants are great as well. Just a pity i didnt try avartana. Prolly next time. The spa experience was alao fantastic!

Huge property with excellent dining options. Breakfast Buffett had a great spread. The spa was excellent. Good location. I stayed in a serviced 2 bedroom apartment - it was quite spacious. A few more utensils / knives would have been useful. Overall a wonderful experience - will stay again!

Positiv: Super Hotel, unfassbar guter Service, sehr gute Zimmer, gutes Spa inkl. Massagen, mit Gym und Pool. Zimmer sind sehr luxuriös. Da mein Rückflug um 21:45 war, fragte ich um ein late check out, und hätte mich über 2 Stunden gefreut. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check In fragte, wann ich gerne raus möchte. Ich sagte nett, 17:00 Uhr wäre ein Traum, darauf hin gab er mit noch eine Stunde mehr und ich musste erst um 18:00 aus checken. 6 Stunden Late Checkout ist weitaus mehr, als ich es gewohnt bin. Wenn man überhaupt was negatives schreiben kann, dann, dass das Hotel teuer ist. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden und würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Stayed in the chola residence apartments had full kitchen and other amenities. 24/7 Cafe and dining options covered cuisine across the world for your taste palate . It will remain as one food memory vacation for sure for our family .
