This place excells in all negative qualities.
Highly unhygienic, unclean and unkept property. Dirty water in the bathroom. Dirty linens.
Highly unprofessional and most disgraceful staff. Learnt from their greedy management.

The hotel is a venue of marriage functions and the rooms are also associated with it -though the location is good in the middle of the city , the rooms are an average -no refrigerator in the room ,window airconditioner which were not functioning so had to change room

Attended a anniversary celebration for friend's family, Good arrangement of sitting, food and decoration, though located on a crowdy road , parking is an issue there.
Near by mall is there so in free time you can visit that, metro station is also nearby.

The rooms are poorly maintained, the bathrooms very dirty. The service is pathetic. The room had not been cleaned before our check-in, when brought to the notice of the hotel staff, they refused to change and were unapologetic. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The WEST VIEW HOTEL is located well in the city near railway station.. apart very famous mall of the ghaziabad OPULENT is just next to it.. then comes to hotel ... the place is just awesome .. the staff is also very helpful and supportive..
