I stayed in Hotel Gopinath the Grand after returning to India after my Australia visit, I was quarantined in this hotel for 7 days, The food they served was amazing and healthy! Also all the staff were polite and of cooperative nature . They took care of proper sanitization and cleaning,, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the stay in karnal,, Hope this Covid gets over soon!

As always,I will give a pointwise review... Location: Heart of the city...very convenient Cleanliness: Absolutely Spick-n-Span Food : Very tasty and fresh Room size: I stayed in the suite and it was very comfortable Hygiene: Topnotch Service: Unbeatable Staff : Very courteous and polite...I would specially mention Aditya at the reception and Narendra in room service... Last but not the least,I would like to give my special thanks to Mr.Kapoor (uncle) for all the warmth and care ...it felt like home away from home... I would highly recommend this hotel to families as well,for the sense of well being and security I felt during my 10 day stay...

I had stayed at this property few times. Rooms are good, food is very good,little expensive but good. Only issue I face because of which I have decided not come here again are.... their AC need to restart with remote very time their is power cut. So imagine in middle of the night power got disconnected and came back n every time u getting up and switching on AC. Now suppose powers cut is 3-4 times, so keep waking up and keeping restarting AC. Complain about it every time but they assure next time this will resolved but it never happened. Another issue is their pillow is very thick, complained but I got reply this is what we have. Most of the time I carry my own pillow or sleep on sofa cushions. If we can’t sleep peacefully after whole day work then it’s not worth paying them such room rent. Their kettle kept in room is so dirty that I can’t even think to make tea in that.

The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive and cooperative. You can ask them for anything and they get it done in minutes. Beds are also so much comfortable and all the facilities are provided there like Tv etc.

Visited Karnal from London to visit family and unfortunately had booked hotel Gopinath as my usual hotel was booked. The rooms were not great, they are not as clean and as modern as the photos portray them to be. The rooms and bathrooms need refurbishing. The security guard and Aditya are very helpful unlike the owners son who is extremely rude to his staff and his paying guests. He lacks communication skills and decent manners, running a hotel is not for him. I had a query regarding my bill which resulted in him becoming very agitated and rude, he took his anger out on me and on his staff which is completely unprofessional. Anyway I didn't end up staying here and checked out on my first night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially any ladies who may stay on there own.
