We've got the room for 3 . The 3rd bed was forcefully kept there in the room. There was no space for that bed.

No light in the upstairs. Luggage was carried by us to 3rd floor. The room was in pathetic condition. No water in the bath room and the tap on the basin was not working.

I booked this hotel with my international flight tickets. On that day, we went straight from the airport to this hotel with my family, it was around 5:30 am. The main gate was completely locked and the office was without any lights. By banging the main-gate I woke up the person who is responsible to sign us in. The deluxe A/C was barely meeting any standards , the beds were with ants and there was cigarette lighter was under a pillow. May be this room is okay for a local bachelor but NOT for a international traveler for sure. Our actual reservation is for 7 days but we end up in leaving the room after 3-4 hrs by paying Rs.500 more for the A/C. Right opposite to the hotel there is a huge shelter for 6-8 cows, which stinks the entire hotel including the room. I am wondering how orbitz is even listing this hotel with international flight tickets as a package.

Counted every second for the stay to end. Very very terrible. Not using Expedia from next time. Not at all reliable. No AC. No filter water. No wash basin. Floor is not cleaned. There is not even a dustbin in the room. Top of all, there is a cow shelter just opposite to the hotel rooms (within 1 meter). It smells all night and there are mosquitoes in the room because of this. There is no geyser. In short both Expedia and Zam Zam are deceiving customers.
