Pelayanan yang sangat buruk. Check in tanggal 24 dan dipaksa harus check out tanggal 24. Padahal seharusnya check out mengikuti aplikasi tanggal 25 . Cara bahasa nya juga gak sopan. Kalau emang mau check out 24 pakailah bahasa yang sopan, Mau gak mau harus check out, biasanya dihotel hotel lain gak pernah begini, selalu mengikuti aturan check out aplikasi. Cukup sekali kesini, dan gak akan mau lagi.. baru ini ketemu pelayanan yang sangat buruk . Terimakasih.
