Don't expect hotel treatment as the Blue Parrot is a bob. However, the room far exceeds your expectations if you only use it as a place to stay overnight on day tours. The ocean room we were given was huge, with cold aircorn, a powerful hot water shower, and tea and coffee making facilities. You also have a decent breakfast, which you can request to pack if you leave early. However, this is again not a professionally run hotel, so a few details are missing. Like the toilet not having a door, so the room smells when you do your work. No pepper for your omelet. And the laundry was returned with the moisture. Despite that, it is still a lovely place to stay with friendly staff.

The blue parrot was excellent. The deluxe room, which had a stunning terrace to watch the sunset, is my own responsibility. The air conditioner was functionally excellent, and the room was roomy. Eggs, toast, jam, fruit, yogurt, and granola, as well as tea or coffee, were included as part of the delectable breakfast. On several days I went diving, they served breakfast early, and they also handed me a box for those days when I had to leave before 6 a. M. The town center is probably a 10 to 15 minute walk away. On the road into town, one can get a motorbike taxi that costs a considerable sum. The entire personnel is courteous and accommodating. Take note that there is a mosque very close by, and that at 4 a. M., the call to prayer is heard loudly. However, this is a common situation in Indonesia.

Overall, I wouldn't strongly suggest this location. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and spent about 200 yen on Blue Parrots Libyan Banjo, and the following is our assessment. The location is excellent, close to a fish market, an airport, inexpensive laundry, and a good view. The downside is that there is no hairdryer in a boutique hotel. This is incredibly inconvenient but accurate. The AC runs but does not produce cold air, imagine the humidity 24 hours a day, the only employees are actually the ones who actually carry with them in these days on excursions! There is no entertainment in the chamber, the glass door and wall curtains are somewhat shattered, making it impossible for you to have privacy, the room isn't cleaned every day, and lastly, the location is near to a large mosque, so be cautious of noisy prayers.
