Menjadi pengalaman special dan akan saya bagikan ke kolega saat menginap di The Sun Hotel Sidoarjo. Awalnya menginap 1 malam, kemudian paginya request untuk late check-out jam 3pm dan setuju dengan tambahan biaya. Dikarenakan kondisi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk merespon panggilan di HP sampai jam 4pm maka hotel memutuskan untuk charged late check out sampai jam 5pm dengan additional charged 50% dari rate room. Saat tiba di hotel sudah jam 4pm dan mengajukan special request ke pihak hotel terkait keringanan biaya menghitung late check-out jam 3pm dan memberi free 1 Hour untuk proses packing. Dan ternyata not accepted. And surprisingly when I checked out the hotel doesn't Charging any fees at all. I get free of charge until 5pm. Saya sangat bersuka cita atas keputusan dari pihak hotel dengan membebasbiayakan late check-out sampai jam 5pm. Saya sangat menghargai itu. Hotel memiliki system occupancy untuk tamu tapi bukan berarti segalanya tidak ada pengecualian. Tambahan yang diperlukan untuk hotel adalah pelayanan ramah oleh staff dan tingkat kebersihan kamar. Ruangan yang beraroma terutama di kamar mandi sangat mengganggu kenyamanan tamu even tamu hanya bermalam 1 malam saja. Tapi kesan yang baik atas kamar dan pelayanan akan menentukan frequently tamu ke hotel ini. Terima kasih atas pengalaman pertama saya menginap di The Sun Hotel Sidoarjo.
