Vi (familie med 2 babyer) havde et fantastisk ophold. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til vigtige attraktioner og ligger på den hyggeligste gade med caféer og butikker. Hotellets morgenmad er virkelig lækkert. Personalet er så hjælpsom, kompetente og venlige. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage hertil.

Accommodation and staff was excellent. They did everything to make your stay comfortable. I choose boutique hotels because they are smaller and provide a personal touch. As a solo female traveler having staff take that extra step to remember your name and inquirer about your stay is a nice touch.

The property is beautiful, love the infinity pool, and so relaxing, literally close to nature. the restaurant on the property serves delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. They are so pleasant, and welcoming every day, ready to serve or help you in every way possible. clean comfortable beds, with great air conditioning. the highlight of the trip are the staff: best staff ever, most outstanding I would like to thank Novi, Wirma, and of course our best person Kedak Adi. I wanted to have a driver and car to do my own custom itinerary, these three made it possible. Adi was with us for the whole day taking me to amazing places. They had water bottles, wet cool face towels, and pool towels for us in the car as we would complete one journey to the next. I got to see 5 different places in the 10 hours that we booked Adi as a driver for the whole day. The best of all they were able to accommodate and take me to my next destination in a new city. I would definitely be back at Goya Resort.

The staff and hotel was amazing , it’s a smaller atmosphere with very helpful staff . Shopping nearby and you can walk to most locations. The pool villa was very private and beautiful and the guest infinity pools with view of forest were great . Ubud has lots to offer we regret not staying longer as we moved on to Nusa dua area . I’ll mention it again staff and service was above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again as we are people who don’t stay anywhere twice . See you soon possibly . The Canadians

Es war mit Abstand das Beste und schönste Hotel in dem ich bisher war, ich bin mit meinem Freund für 5 Nächte angereist. Die Zimmer, als auch das Hotel, sind groß und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und ist a la Carte, alles wird wahnsinnig lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls unübertroffen, wunderschön bei Tage als auch beim Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt sogar zwei große Inifitypools. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
