Kamar tidurnya sangat bersih untuk ukuran aplikasi. Lokasinya sangat strategis dan aksesnya sangat mudah. Harganya juga sudah terbaik. Namun, masih ada beberapa perbaikan yang perlu diperbaiki sebelum tamu masuk ke dalam kamar, seperti apakah masih ada bau rokok sisa tamu sebelumnya. Lemarinya juga kotor, jadi harus dibersihkan terlebih dahulu. Itu saja. Saya lupa mengirim foto kamar. Pelayanan stafnya sangat ramah dan sangat baik.

Sudah dua kali saya menginap di sini. Tempatnya bersih, murah, sudah dapat AC, wifi, TV. Hanya untuk single atau pasangan, syariah gaya saya suka. Lokasinya juga di tengah kota, sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Jembatan Ampera.

Menginap di hotel ini terasa nyaman, hanya saja ketika memasuki kamar tidak ada gantungan pakaian dan colokan listrik berada di bawah, menu yang disajikan cukup enak, saya mendapatkan sarapan berupa nasi goreng dan segelas kopi.

Saya menginap 2 malam, harga 150 ribu per malam untuk kamar di lantai 2, kamar kecil, tempat tidur hanya cukup untuk 1 orang, cocok untuk backpacker single, tapi kalau untuk family atau dua orang sepertinya harus upgrade kamar. Plus, lokasi strategis, dekat dengan tempat kuliner, baik untuk sarapan maupun makan malam, dekat dengan mall dan kambang iwak. Minus, ketika saya tiba di kamar, handuk tidak langsung tersedia, minta dulu ke pegawainya, wifi hanya tersedia di lobby tidak sampai ke kamar, padahal tinggal pasang wifi extender yang harganya tidak sampai 300 ribu, TV tidak bisa digunakan karena TV dan remote berbeda merk, lampu-lampu lorong sepertinya perlu diganti dengan yang baru agar lebih terang untuk menghilangkan kesan creppy. Btw, ekspektasi sesuai budget, cukup recommended bagi yang ingin bermalam di kota Palembang.

Lokasi hotelnya strategis dan pelayanannya sesuai dengan harga yang diberikan. Namun, fasilitas standar seperti sajadah dan arah kiblat perlu disediakan di setiap kamar. Meskipun hotel syariah, namun tempat untuk sholat kurang memadai. Musholla berada di lantai satu, sedangkan pengunjung terkadang berada di lantai 2 dan 3. Selain itu, fasilitas standar seperti tisu, tempat sampah, dan air mineral harus disediakan di setiap kamar.

Resepsionisnya ramah, kamarnya bagus, tetapi persiapan kedatangan tamu kurang, seperti bantal, handuk, perlengkapan mandi tidak ada. Saran saya untuk perlengkapan seperti itu, ada atau tidak ada tamu di kamar, harus ada atau tidak ada tamu, keluarga yang menginap 3 hari tidak mendapatkan pembersihan kamar? Dan hari ini saya check-out jam 5 pagi, kami mendapat sarapan spesial. Lebih baik sarapan awal dengan roti dan teh atau kopi, lebih enak. Terima kasih.

Hotelnya bersih, pelayanannya cepat. Namun, untuk makan, harganya cukup mahal, tergantung pada harganya. Mungkin saran saya, lebih baik untuk berinovasi dalam makanan yang dipesan agar pilihannya lebih beragam dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Sayangnya, hari ini kami tidak mendapatkan sikat gigi, tetapi untungnya kami sudah menyiapkannya dari rumah. Parkirnya juga aman. Tempat ibadah juga dekat, tapi di pagi hari sangat berisik karena dekat dengan sekolah. Hotel ini cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Ini adalah foto setelah checkout. Maaf, itu berantakan.
