Resepsionisnya ga ada sama sekali 😔 Dari awal cek in sampe cek out resepsionisnya ga dtg, karena udah terlanjur pesan dan bayar mau g mau nginep, untungnya ada mas penjaga hotel tetangga yg udah biasa dititipin kunci dibantuinlah sama dia. Cuma ya kamarnya berdebu ga dibersihin, toiletnya jg agak bau ya karena ga dibersihin. Padahal kamarnya bagus dan murah, pelayanannya aja yg kurang

Sprei kotor, resepsionis nggak di tempat, sy check-in sendiri, check out sendiri diarahkan lewat WA, mana ga ramah. Dekat kasur nggak ada colokan, wifi mati, shower kamar mandi bermasalah, kl bawa kendaraan kaya parkir dijalanan, bikin was2, cuma bagus di lokasi saja. Untuk ownernya, pesan sy, cari saja pegawai baru yg lebih bertanggung jawab, banyak org rajin yg butuh kerjaan di Jogja.
