Semoga Sakinah mawaddah warohmah. Masukan untuk hotel mandarin, gazebo di parkiran kurang terawat. Jika dirawat tentu menjadi tempat bersantai yang menarik.

Saya menginap di hotel ini selama 2 malam. Namun, pelayanannya tidak seburuk hotel- Hotel ini. Tergolong hotel baru. Dari pertama kedatangan kami, kami tidak disambut dengan keramahan dan hospitality sebuah hotel. Bobby yang terlalu luas, parkiran luas, namun terlihat wasting dengan kemiripan interior yang terkesan kumuh. Selain itu, kamar bocor saat hujan membuat 2 hari saya yang lelah karena tugas menjadi tidak nyaman. Tidak ada sandal, sikat gigi, dan pemanas air minum. Juga ditambahkan dengan masalah rental mobil dimana saya memang memesan 3 hari namun karena hanya memakai 1 hari, saya tetap dibebankan untuk 3 hari. Akhirnya setelah deal yang alot, saya dikenakan 2 hari pemakaian. Dengan 290. 00, Memang murah namun seharusnya dapat diberikan sarapan yang hrdnya layak. Dari awal hanya teh manis dan lontong sayur ayam supir. Dari kedua hanya bubur kacang hijau dan teh manis yang akhirnya saya hrdannya memakan nasi kotak yang saya bawa malam sebelumnya. Tolong tingkatkan pelayanannya. Walaupun hotel baru, namun karena terletak di jalan lintas sumatera yang ramai, hotel ini menjadi tempat transit pengendara yang memerlukan kenyamanan. Bukan hanya harga murah.
