Booking and already full paid for 2 nights stay for twin bed room with air conditioner. In the first night the air conditioner broke and couldn't be fixed like a short circuit problem. Complained to front desk but they didn't response well, nor gave a feedback or any other alternatives and arguing that the problem cannot be fixed. After our hard complaint front desk gave us alternative room where air conditioned but with double bed while we need twin. We suggested the hotel to fix the problem in the morning and they have one full day to repair it because we will have a work and for we still need to stay another night there. But, instead of giving commitment that the problem will be fixed, front desk asked us to check out in the morning and hotel will give payback 1 night. What a terrible attitude and service this front desk staff treat a customer. Instead of giving commitment for their product and service, this staff asked me to check out? Never want to come back here and Really Not Recommended for this terrible hotel.
