Tv yg disediakan tdk dpt ditonton, krn sinyal TV nya tdk dpt dijngkau di dlm kamar. WIFI yg disediakan tdk dpt dipakai, krn dipsng di lntai bwah kamar, shingga sinyal WIFI nya tdk bs msk ke dlm ruangan. Keluhan dri Customer tdk dilayani dngan segera dan dilksnakan dngan baik.

Kebersihannya kurang ini.., handuk bauk apek, kamar pengap. Ketelitian nya juga ketel abal² kayaknya, Air nya yang di rebus jadi bauk gitu... padahal air mineral nya yang disediakan merk ternama. Begitu check in jg resepsionis nya gak ada respon nya gitu (waktu itu yang laki² resepsion nya, tapi begitu check out resepsion nya ramah, kayaknya si laki² itu lelah ya) padahal Hotel Suzuya terkenal loh, se-olah cuek gitu. Kalau makanannya oke lah enak. Kasih lah perbaikan.. biar tamu nyaman menginap...
