Hotel yg cukup bagus dan sangat nyaman harganya juga sangat murah. Suasananya sangat tenang, KAMARNYA SANGAT LUAS... Ada sofa yang sangat nyaman. Kayaknya kerasan di sini Dekat dengan mana mana (mini market, warung, apotek, jl.legian, dll) Saran saya buat pengelola: tolong di rawat hotelnya, sangat di sayangkan apabila tidak dirawat. Jika ke bali lagi pasti saya akan menginap di sini lagi

Sulit bagi saya mengatakan apakah saya harus menamakan akomodasi ini sebagai hotel, villa, home stay atau apartemen. Saat itu saya memiliki dapur sendiri yang lengkap dengan segala perlengkapan memasak. Kamar dan kamar mandi sangat luas. Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan sentral jalan legian, hanya saja untuk menuju hotel ini harus melewati gang. Staff di hotel ini sangat tidak professional. Saya rasa manajemen hotel tidak pernah memberikan pelatihan terhadap stafnya. Mungkin dalam sistem perekrutannya pun asal ambil pegawai. Untuk membersihkan kamar tiap harinya saja saya perlu meminta. Bahkan selama 5 malam saya menginap, saya tidak pernah diberi air minum supplementary, sedangkan saya selalu melihat di kamar lain yang kosong disediakan, dan saya harus lagi-lagi meminta staff.. Apabila Anda ingin sarapan pagi, pihak hotel tidak menyediakannya, melainkan mereka akan memesan makanan ke warung yang letaknya dekat sekali dengan hotel ini. Jika Anda tidak berkeberatan untuk menginap di hotel dengan staf yang minim pengetahuan dan tidak berbahasa Inggris, mungkin tempat ini akan cocok untuk Anda, tetapi saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Pertama kali sampai di hotel ini dan membuka kamar saya langsung terkejut, kamarnya besar sekali, di dalam kamar ada ruang tamu dan kamar mandinya juga besar banget. Saya bengong baru pertama kali menginap di hotel dengan kamar dan kamar mandi sebesar di Marinos Place. Hotel yang tepat untuk keluarga karena lebih privat :D

apa yg menarik dan hebat dari hotel ini? securitynya!!! yg bertindak sebagai receptionis juga public relationnya.....sekaligus juga tempat complain,yg lain NOTHING!!! menginap 8 malam,tp petugas reseptionis yg asli seperti karyawan magang!!! bayangkan ada mesin EDC tp tdk mengetahui cara menggunakannya dan akhirnya memaksa saya menggunakan uang cash dan lebih parahnya petugas tersebut tdk mengetahui product knowledge sama sekali,begitu banyak keluhan selama menginap,thx utk bapak PANDE security yg harusnya diangkat sebagai Manager,krn senyum dan pelayanannya saya memutuskan utk terus menginap disana :),akan berpikir 1000x utk menginap kembali dihotel tersebut jika pelayanan dan manajemen hotel tsb tdk berubah!!!

This is a copy of the email l sent to the owner/ manager of Marinos Place after returning home from Bali. I have yet to receive a reply. My friend and l had booked Marinos Place 2th till 9th June. It was booked through Island Villa Club and or Dluxe Villas. Please see receipt attached. We had both stayed at Marinos once before which was 4 years ago. Upon checking in and going into our room we were very upset and horrified at the conditions of the room. It was very dirty. The sheets were grey and stained the bed head was stained the shower and toilet area were dirty. The air conditioner wasn’t working very well. There were many reasons we were not at all happy with the state of the room. We were both not prepared to stay in such conditions. As it was too late to go elsewhere that day we stayed the night. Left the lights on and slept on our sarongs and beach towels. The room also smelt. Because of the conditions we were scared. The next morning we moved to another hotel. As we had only stayed one night we asked to be refunded for 6 nights , it was because of the poorly maintained conditions. The next day your workers spent most of the day cleaning the room. Which confirmed that the conditions weren’t acceptable. The people that were moving into the room 9th June were contacted and told it was available for them when they arrived in Bali. That was 6th June. On Monday 4th June we were told we would get 50% refund. We didn’t think that was reasonable but were prepared to accept it as we couldn’t stay there. Then Tuesday 5th we were told no refund. As people were moving in 6th June we should have been refunded 3nights. We paid for the nights and so did the people that moved in. Therefore you received double payment for three nights. This is not the way to do business when you rely on the tourist trade and with social media news can travel very quickly all over the world. A reasonable outcome would be 50% refund which is the same amount that you double booked. We had done the right thing by all concerned and paid our entire booking fees upfront in February. A person who booked another room who also moved out because of the conditions only paid for one night as a deposit and didn’t lose any money at all. How is this right. All hotels in Bali and everywhere in the world need to be maintained and kept in an acceptable standard. This is common practice in the tourism industry. It seemed to us nothing had been done in the 4 years since our previous visit. Looking forward to a response in the near future
