We had 4 days here over Christmas. There are three villas on the plot all with private plunge pools. The manager is very friendly and helpful. It is outside living with only the two bedrooms inside, with air con. It’s very well decorated and kept. The outside living area means you can’t escape the heat (& the flies, mosquitoes) and although it’s all very shaded when it’s so hot and humid you end up spending most of the time in the bedrooms which are separated so not great for family time. There is an inter joining bathroom - works well for families, not sure how it would be for 2 couples. We hired mopeds from the villas which was essential as there’s very limited other ways to get about. Easy comms with the owners via WhatsApp and all very helpful. Kuta Lombok still has a way to go, as does Lombok, to be a proper tourist destination. It’s developing that’s for sure. There’s a crazy amount of plastic and rubbish on the beaches and in the streets - maybe it was more noticeable because it was rainy season?

Though the villas look amazing from the picture, their customer service is appalling. After booking a reservation with them and confirming we will be traveling from Sanur to Kuta beach Bali, as the map on Agoda clearly indicates, they are in fact on another island. After a hard days travel looking to relax in our Villa with private pool. We are following the directions from the travel app taking us to Kuta beach Bali. And to find out they are not here. We've contacted both mewali and agodo, sent screen shots of their maps and directions, as well as letting them know their location is incorrectly marked; they both refuse to remedy our cancellation. Shameful service, shameful emails threatening us additional charges. Happy honeymoon to my pregnant wife.

Nous avons adorée cette villa spacieuse,D'ailleurs nous avons prolongée notre séjour, Personnel très serviable souriant Mohamed saye et deux autres personnel . Nous avons été très très bien acceuilli, Proposition d'activité et de taxi à très bon prix Proposition de livraison de plat à la villa Pour un très bon prix et délicieux. Proche des restaurant et café (5 minute à pied) Villa très propre et bien entretenu Piscine privée propre mais petite. Petit inconvénient : la villa se trouve dans un petit village donc pas beaucoup de lumière le soir pour sortir Pas mal de chien en plein air Issrae et Adnane

Nous avons séjourné dans une villa avec nos enfants en juin 2019, la villa est à quelques minutes à pied de tout les commerces, la décoration est très soignée et la villa très propre, la piscine privée est vraiment top, le staff a répondu pleinement à toutes nos attentes avec gentillesse, un sans faute pour cette location. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse à Kuta lombok.
